This is our team, passionate about truffles and committed to excellence.
All of us are from the Chillar area in Argentina, and the team has been trained and advised by the best experts in truffle cultivation worldwide. With training in France and immersing ourselves in the truffle tradition.
Together, we dedicate our knowledge and experience to bring you the highest quality truffles, cultivated with care and passion for our land.
Mariano
Mariano is an agricultural technician and he is the one who formed the team in La Esperanza. As a native of Chillar, he knows the area and its land because it is his place.
Matías
Here we see Matias Arias, a very important member of the team who besides working all year long on cultural tasks, during harvest time is in charge of carefully collecting the precious truffles without damaging them.
Joaquín
Joaquin used to live in the countryside and now he’s in Chillar. He’s been part of the team for a year. He enjoys the gaucho traditions. Like Rodrigo, he helps with basic tasks such as pruning, watering, training puppies, and harvesting.
Leo
Here we see Leo, the trainer of Simba, Flash, and Kaiser, our truffle hunting dogs.
Rodrigo
Rodrigo has been working at Trufas La Esperanza for a year now. He is an animal lover and enjoys an outdoor lifestyle. He is from Chillar. He collaborates in the day-to-day tasks to carry out our harvest successfully.
